Details
This recipe has been passed down a few generations from a traditional Nyonya family more than 100 years ago. In the age of hardship elders had found a simple and delicious dish to serve everyone with a bowl of rice. In Penang people call it as Sambal Ong Lai.
USAGE: Suitable for serve with rice, noodles, pasta and dry noodles. Or used for fried rice, noodles, bihun, beans, chicken, seafood and other ingredients.
